Community
or Church Sponsor

Position: Partner with Esther's Place of Grace as a community or church sponsor. Support the ministry through giving financially, including sponsoring a resident, or hosting an event or fundraiser at your business or church.
Requirements: Support the mission through time, prayer and financial investment.
Driver or
Babysitter

Position: drive a resident to weekly classes at
C-tec or Heartbeats. Babysit for 2-3 hours while resident attends classes.
Requirements: Drivers need a valid driver's license, insurance and their own vehicle. Also, need a background check and to complete volunteer paperwork.

Mentor/Volunteer
Position: To serve as a role model, teacher, advisor, counselor, advocate to young women in the home. Assist with skills such as: budgeting, parenting, time management, cooking, baking, etc.
Requirements: Sincere desire to be a hands-on, positive example of understanding & grace to our moms & babies. Meeting weekly or every 2 weeks is ideal.

Board Member
Position: Support the mission by using time, talents & resources. Share the organization's work & values to the community. Work as a part of a team. Attend board meetings quarterly or as needed. Volunteer and assist as needed. Serve on committees. Ensure that Esther's Place of Grace is financially secure.
Requirements: Meet monthly for board meetings, inform, share skills & experience, be a monthly donor, & support the Director and organization.

Handyman
Position: Indoor/outdoor handyman jobs at the maternity home. Home maintenance and repairs both inside and outside. Church men's groups or individuals for yard maintenance.
Requirements: Complete volunteer paperwork & background check. All men are supervised by the presence of the director or house manager while at the house. This is for safety & protection of the men and our residents.
